Pack the Promise Backpack Drive | Aug. 7, 2026

Carter Media and High Aspirations are hosting its 5th Annual “Pack the Promise” Backpack Drive, Friday, August 7, 2026, 6 a.m. until 6 p.m., at High Aspirations, 803 East 27th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64108.

CM and HA will accept new backpacks and school supplies to benefit High Aspirations and other local mentoring programs in the Kansas City area.

“Together with High Aspirations, Carter Media is packing up more than backpacks and school supplies; we’re packing in hope, encouragement, mentorship, and a promise of a brighter future for our local Kansas City youth.  The backpack drive fits the core values and mission of our organization,” said Operations Manager, Myron D. Fears.

Listeners and supporters can drop off new backpacks and school supplies at High Aspirations. “Our mission is to seek ways to place young men on the path toward becoming successful members of society.  “Pack the Promise” is more than a school supply drive—it’s a commitment to our youth in Kansas City.  We are elated to collaborate with our community partners.  We believe every student should have a backpack,” said President, CEO & Founder of High Aspirations, Henry W. Wash, MPA.
